I just had the WORST potential car buying experience ever over at tommys used cars today. I have been trying to find the right car over at his lot, and it took me a while to do so. Because of that, he was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL towards me today! So Don. if you are reading this, here's some helpful Advice. NEVER EVER disrespect your potential customers! They are your bread and butter. In my 26 years of customer service experience, I have NEVER EVER been rude or disrespectful to any of my customers (regardless of whatever the situation I was in at the time!) so please change your attitude for the sake of your car dealership. Because that kind of treatment towards your customers can get your establishment shut down! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Bought a 2013 jeep wrangler sahara from this dealer two months ago with just 27,000 miles on it, and advertised to include a factory warranty. Found out after the purchase that it did not have a factory warranty because it originally came from Canada. Chrysler won't honor the factory warranty when a car is brought to the US. After a great deal of hassle, the dealer finally purchased an aftermarket warranty to cover many of the big ticket items. Within the two months that I have had this car, the clutch is now going out and needs to be replaced and the windshield is leaking. Of course the aftermarket warranty does not cover the clutch or the windshield. After researching Jeep clutches, I found out they should last to at least 100,000 miles. We offered to pay half of the $900 -$1000 repair cost. Dealer told us it was our problem since they provided a "warranty" (which of course doesn't cover the repair and we should have never had to worry about in the first place due to false advertising of a factory warranty). So much for small town auto dealers and aftermarket warranties. This experience has taken all the fun out of this purchase.
